The appartement will serve as the basis for all the adventures people (max 4 persons) who are willing to explore the countryside, the beautiful Pohorje Mountin or other parts of Slovenia. It is also suitable for transit tourists or conference and festivals attendees . This is a beautiful little flat , a home, in a more than 100-years old building, with 3,3m high ceiling. Therefore it is very spacious and allows the “bunk” bed under the ceiling for two and an underneath space in the walking height. Residential area is 31 m2 and can host up to 3 people. If needed also 4 people. It contains fully equipped kitchen (cooking appliances, plates and kitchenware), bathroom with toilet and shower with hot water, towels, shampoo. Washing machine is in the next flat and laundry can be done there for free or in a nearby Public Laundry (10 min walk away). Living room/bedroom is 20m2 with 2 beds on the” bunk” (200x200cm), a couch and there is enough space for an extra bed if needed. We can provide extra bed. Wardrobe, a dining table and 6 chairs, a couch allow full commodity and chilling and resting in the afternoons and evenings. The building is 113 years old, with half a meter thick walls therefore the place is very fresh in the summer, even without an Air Conditioner. Beautiful loggia is perfect for morning coffee and breakfast. Even though you will find pharmacy, cafes and some restaurants, post office, school, kindergarten, grocery store, hospital, some of the faculties, and a park only 5 minutes away, the block is still very quiet and away from the traffic. By the river banks there are popular walking and jogging trails. The city centre and old city core Lent, where the oldest vine in the world clings to the facade of an inn, is across the Drava River. It only takes 10 minutes to get there. And University Medical Centre Maribor only 7 minutes walk from the flat. Smoking is not allowed, but you can smoke in the loggia in front of the flat entrance. Pets are allowed. I am very flexible and relaxed hosts so please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any other questions.
