Comfortable Chalet Markež with sunny terrace on the garden and view of the mountains, can sleep up to 10 people. It is separated on two independent apartment units or can be rented as a whole.

Chalet rental:

Size: 110 m², sleeps 8 - 10 persons, guests can choose between the use of only the kitchen / living room downstairs that offers plenty of space
4 bedrooms with large double beds, kitchen with living room, 2 bathrooms (tub / shower), additional kitchen upstairs, balcony, terrace. Two additional beds in the living room.

Facilities: Glass-ceramic stove, Electric oven, Dishwasher, Fridge, Frezzer, Coffe/ Tea maker, 2 x LCD Tv, Sat Tv, Wi-Fi in the house, large sofa, terrace and balcony furniture, fireplace, sunshade.

Apartment 4 - One-bedroom Apartment:

Size: 40 m², sleeps 2 - 3 persons, on the ground floor.
1 bedroom with large double bed, kitchen with living room, bathroom (tub / shower), terrace. Additional bed in the living room.

Apartment 5 - Two-bedroom Apartment:

Size: 54 m², sleeps 4 - 6 persons, on the first floor.
2 bedrooms with large double beds, kitchen with dining area, living room (separated from the kitcen), bathroom with shower, balcony. Two additional beds in the living room.

Apartment house MARKEŽ

We converted a part of our old Dobravec household into three spacious holiday apartments. A pleasant holiday house is located next to the main house. All apartments have separated entrances, balcony or terrace. Large garden with children's playground. Apartments can sleep up to 16 people.

Apartment 1 - Economy Two-bedroom Apartment**

Size: 56 m², sleeps 4 - 5 persons, on the ground floor.
2 bedrooms with large double beds, kitchen with living room, bathroom with shower, terrace. Additional bed in the living room.

Facilities: Gas-electric stove, Electric oven, Fridge with frezzer, Microwave, Coffe/ Tea maker, LCD Tv, Sat Tv, Wi-Fi in the apartment, large sofa, terrace furniture, sunshade.

Apartment 2 - Three-bedroom Apartment***

Size: 91 m², sleeps 6 persons, on the 1^{st and 2nd} floor.
3 bedrooms with large double beds, kitchen with living room, bathroom with shower, balcony. 

Facilities: Glass-ceramic stove, Electric oven, Fridge, Frezzer, Coffe/ Tea maker, Electric kettle, LCD Tv, Sat Tv, Wi-Fi in the apartment, large sofa, balcony furniture.

Apartment 3 - Duplex Apartment**

Size: 52 m², sleeps 2 - 4 persons, family apartment, on the 1st and 2nd floor.
1 bedroom with large double bed and two single beds, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, balcony.

Facilities: Gas-electric stove, Electric oven, Fridge with frezzer, Coffe/ Tea maker, LCD TV, Sat Tv, Wi-Fi in the apartment, sofa, balcony furniture, safety railing for children on the stairs.

Discounts:

Please inquire for discount. Possible for Last minute bookings, periods longer than 5 nights in low season and periods longer than 10 nights in the high season. Additional payments for children and additional persons are a subject of agreement.

Included in the price:

• rent of an apartment per night
• all costs related to the rent
• towels, bed linen
• Wi-Fi in all apartments
• use of children's playground
• baby cot, high chair (reservation needed)
• parking place in front of the house
• first pet GRATIS (only upon previous agreement), all additional pets are charged 7 €/night
• final cleaning (kitchen must be left clean, otherwise we charge 30 €)
• in winter possibility to buy ski passes for Vogel SKI Centre with 20% discount

Extras:

• Tourist tax: 1,01 € adult / night and 0,51 € child 7 - 18 yrs / night
• one child up to 2 yrs in baby cot: FREE
• one child up to 3,99 yrs in existing beds: FREE
• additional person 4 - 14 yrs: 5 €/ night
• additional person 14+ yrs: 7 €/night
• stay one night: + 20%

Check-in: 2pm - 7pm if a different time has not been previously agreed upon.
Check-out: until 10 am.

Payment possible only in cash.
Advance payment in amount of 30% is required for the final reservation of the apartment.

Prices are valid from December 12 2013. Prices for additional persons and children are negotiable and depend on the number and age of children.
